Dr. Mark Weems earned a bachelor's in zoology from the University of Oklahoma, and then went on to obtain a master's in Health Care Administration before graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center. While studying dentistry, in 2000, Dr. Weems traveled to Lima, Peru with the Christian Medical Dental Society on a medical mission trip where they performed teeth extractions and other periodontal services for the community. After graduating, Dr. Weems returned to his home town of Ada, and joined practices with Dr. J. David Buxton. Upon Dr. Buxton's retirement in 2006, Dr. Weems purchased the practice and continues to provide his patients with excellence in aesthetic restorative dentistry.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Weems believes that continuing professional education is integral for a successful practice. Providing patients with new developments in treatments, techniques, and products allow each patient to achieve excellence in dental health. He has recently earned a master's level training from the Center for Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry in Dallas, TX.

Away from the office Dr. Weems is active in the Ada community and serves as an advisory board member for both Vision Bank and Valley View Regional Hospital. He lives in Ada with his wife Kami, of 12 years and two children, Carly and Mack. Dr. Weems enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and hunting.
